What began as a simple act of obedience in 1980 has become a decades-long story of faith, family, and transformation. When Joe and Anne Rackley opened their home to children in need, they laid a foundation that continues to impact lives across Oconee County. Forty-five years later, the love that started in one home is still changing hearts and shaping futures through Collins Family Ministries.

At Collins Family Ministries, we provide a range of services to children, at-risk youth, and families, including shelter services within the Children’s Home and life coaching for at-risk youth who participate in our SHINE program.

Within the turmoil of the past month, I have witnessed the profound impact of Collins Family Ministries. Our dedicated staff has been a beacon of hope, tirelessly working to support families, care for children and at-risk youth, and bring light to even the darkest moments.
