Kelly Ross
Chief Executive Officer

Kelly Ross is a proud Oconee County native, U.S. Army veteran, small business consultant, and nonprofit leader with a passion for serving others. She began her career in the medical field after completing basic training and graduating from the U.S. Army Medical Corps Radiology Technologist program. She holds national certifications in Radiology, Mammography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Imaging in 2018. Her experience in healthcare taught her how to care for others, while her faith in Christ taught her why.
In 2005, Kelly joined the staff at Foothills Church in Seneca, SC, as Director of Small Groups and First Impressions, where she discovered her gift for visionary leadership and strategic planning. She went on to serve as CEO of Foothills Care Center (2012–2018) and Piedmont Women’s Center (2018–2023), leading both organizations through seasons of growth and impact. Kelly is most proud of her roles as wife to her husband, Thomas, and mother to their daughter, Jadyn.
Jamie Martin
Director of Ministry Services
Jamie leads our Family Services team as director of Family Ministries. This includes case management, house parent teams, continuous improvement of our current services, and the development of future programs.
She earned her B.A. in Religion (2007) and Masters in Human Resource Development (2023). She has a combined 11 years in vocational ministry, serving families, children, and youth of varying ages throughout that time. As a Registered Behavior Technician, she served children in K-12 schools. Most recently, she worked as the Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services at Clemson University, where she met with college students to determine disability-related accommodations for equal access, collaborated with departments and campus partners, and participated in policy-making discussions.
