A Mission of Love: ISO Professional Parent
Do you feel called to mission work and have a heart for children? Collins Family Ministries is seeking individuals to serve as Professional Parents, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families experiencing hardship in our community.
Professional Parents anchor a loving, Christ-centered home where children can grow and thrive. Our residential children come from difficult circumstances. Here, we welcome them into a nurturing environment, giving each child opportunities to participate in everyday activities like attending public school, going to church, playing sports, studying music, and more. This role is more than a job—it’s a calling to be a source of stability, compassion, and hope.
We are currently seeking one full-time Professional Parent who will work a five-day schedule from Thursday mornings through Monday evenings (including rotating weekends and overnights). Applicants must be 24 years of age or older; have a High School diploma or equivalent; have a valid driver's license and good driving record; and must pass all required background checks.
Our benefits package includes dental, vision and life insurance, telehealth service, a Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% match, and paid vacation. Additional perks include: Food, utilities and a private bedroom while on shift. Counseling services for emotional well-being and spiritual growth. Cell phone stipend. Company vehicle for use while on duty. Free membership to YMCA, Sam’s Club, Oconee County Parks. For more information and to apply, please visit https://collinsfamilyministries.org/join-our-team.
